Information submitted through forms or email serves as an initial brief. The final production plan is governed by mutually signed quotations and contracts.

Designs, tech packs and sample material submitted by brands remain the property of the brand. MUZHICHEN uses them strictly for sampling and production and never for any other purpose.

Site information may be updated as capacity and product direction evolve. The final reference is the mutually confirmed communication. We accept no liability for losses arising from third-party reuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Specific cooperation terms are governed by signed contracts between the parties.
